By accessing and using AuctionMandu ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About the Platform

AuctionMandu is an information platform that aggregates and displays bank auction listings from various financial institutions across Nepal. We are not a bank, financial institution, or auction house. We do not conduct auctions or handle any financial transactions.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings

4. Listing Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, auction listings are sourced from participating banks. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Users should independently verify all information with the respective bank before making any decisions.

5. Inquiries & Bank Contact

When you submit an inquiry through our platform, your contact information will be shared with the relevant bank. Any subsequent communication or transactions are between you and the bank. AuctionMandu is not a party to any agreements or transactions between users and banks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AuctionMandu or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems
• Scraping or automated data collection without written permission
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's services

8. Limitation of Liability

AuctionMandu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We provide information "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your Profile Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
